About Us
SFS Rowing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the Sidwell Friends School Girl’s Crew team and raises the funds necessary to purchase and maintain equipment used by the team.
Sidwell Girls' Crew is an intensive varsity sport during the spring season. Girls row in 8's and 4's and compete in races throughout the season, ending the season at the Stotesbury Cup in Philadelphia. The team is coached by Ted Bristol.

The SFS Rowing Board (the Board) acknowledges the lack of diversity and history of white privilege that has been tied to the sport of rowing.
